HELLO.

I'm Angie.

The acrid smell of powdered plaster- wet, rotting lathe.

The easy way that floorboards rest in time when water finds the fastest route.

A room first experiencing rain...

I love rot; decay sets me in motion.

I prefer the silent pace of the forgotten.  You are not forgotten, armchair...loose hair, leather belt and window frame.

In 2017, I was introduced to the wet plate collodion process (well, Frederick Archer did, one-hundred and sixty-eight years ago), as well as rekindled a relationship with the black and white film darkroom, after twenty-some years.  I'm smitten.  I'm collecting more sad and worn view cameras than I know what to do with.  What have I gotten myself into?

Let's Connect.  I'm always ready to shoot, and I have a fully mobile wet-darkroom: Medium format film, wet plate collodion, digital.
